Since 1967, there has been a People’s War in India, currently led by the People’s Liberation Guerrilla Army, which represents the armed wing of the Communist Party of India (Maoist). In the last few months, due to the new offensive of the Indian state, the Maoists were forced to go on the defensive for a period, during which there was relative calm in that country.

However, that calm ended when, a few days ago, two Indian soldiers were killed, and several others were injured, in an action of sabotage by the NOGV. The attack was carried out on a military vehicle, which was transporting members of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).

This action took place near the village of Silger, in which the Indian state carried out a fierce militarization of the area, in order to secure the mines, which are extremely rich in resources.
